How to request deletion
To delete your account, send us an email from the address (or including the phone number) registered to your Hichers account. This lets us verify the request is really yours before we remove anything.
- Email support@aureans.com with the subject “Delete my Hichers account”.
- Include the name, email address, and phone number you used to register, so we can find and verify your account.
- We'll confirm receipt, verify your identity, and complete the deletion. You'll get a final email once it's done.
We normally complete deletion requests within 30 days. If we need anything else to verify your request, we'll reply before that.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your profile details — name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and date of birth.
- Your loyalty activity — collected stamps, points, cash-back balances, and rewards.
- Your shop and mall memberships.
- Ratings and feedback you've left for businesses.
- Location data associated with your account.
- Device identifiers and push-notification tokens used to send you messages.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered, and any unredeemed stamps, points, or rewards are lost.
What we keep, and for how long
A small amount of data is retained only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud. It is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the retention period ends.

If you hold a gift card balance
If your account holds a gift card with money still on it, please contact us before requesting deletion so we can help you use or resolve the balance. Deleting your account removes access to any remaining balance.
Businesses and cashiers
If you use Hichers as a shopkeeper or cashier, deleting your account may affect your shop's loyalty programme and your team's access. Email support@aureans.com and we'll walk you through the options, including transferring the shop or closing it down cleanly.
